姚尧，老年医学博士、健康经济学博士后，多年来围绕老年“三失”（失能、失智和失乐）健康管理问题开展交叉科学研究。现为北大中国卫生发展研究中心老龄健康交叉科学中心主任，研究员，博士生导师；兼任“血管稳态与重构”全国重点实验室和“重大疾病流行病学”教育部重点实验室（北京大学）PI；伦敦大学学院客座副教授、大阪大学客座讲师。2018年博士毕业于301医院/国家老年医学中心，后为北京大学博雅博士后和杜克大学医学院博士后，合作导师曾毅教授/院士。负责或参与乡村老年人跌倒、骨折和失能防控队列(THRIVE)、中国老年健康调查（CLHLS）、中国海南百岁老人健康调查（CHCCS）等多项全国老年健康队列工作。近三年以第一/通讯作者身份在Lancet、Nature Medicine、Lancet Public Health（×4）、Lancet Healthy Longevity（×4）、Nature Human Behaviour、 Aging Cell等学术期刊发表论文多篇。主持国自然优青、面上、青年项目和科技部重点研发青年科学家课题。入选第九届中国科协“青托”人才计划和基金委年度成果巡礼（2025年），以第一完成人获首届中国医学科学院健康长寿创新大赛优秀奖和中国卫生政策与管理学会2023年度最佳论文奖。担任BMC Medicine、Aging Medicine、Innovation in Aging编委，为Lancet、BMJ、Nature Medicine等杂志审稿人，任中国老年学与老年医学青委会副主任委员。是“中国健康老龄化之路”和“痴呆预防、干预与照护”两项《柳叶刀》重大报告委员。“中国队列共享平台”老龄健康工作组负责人。近三年主笔/参编三项重要老龄健康政策报告，得到国家领导人肯定批示并写入“中共中央国务院关于加强新时代老龄工作的意见”。
